Join the Downtown Residents Council for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of one of downtown Cincinnati’s most iconic historic redevelopments — The Gwynne Building. Originally constructed in 1913, this architectural landmark served as the world headquarters for Procter & Gamble from 1935 to 1956.
Today, the Gwynne Building is undergoing a transformative redevelopment led by HGC Construction, which will convert the property into a 168-room hotel with a restaurant and event space, reactivating one of the Central Business District’s most storied corners.
Space for this tour is limited to 30 registrants and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pending interest, a second tour will be scheduled during the week of December 15th.
